Liberty Cablevision of PR. Approximately 2,300 miles. Drop-in upgrade of amplifier and line-extender modules, including return modules and activation. Existing actives, passives and cable was used. Return activation was done with return carrier generators. Fiber Optic cable run to nodes. Node Size approximately 2,000 homes passed with over 300 Power Supplies installed and activated.

Choice Cable. Upgrade in South and West areas of Puerto Rico. Approximately 4,500 miles of Plant. Fiber Optic cable run to nodes Approximately 600 homes passed. Total rebalance of all actives and approximately 700 nodes. Started drop-in upgrade October 2010 to upgrade actives to 750MHz. Change passives and cable that couldn’t pass signal to 750MHz. Over 250 Power Supplies installed and activated.

BCG VI currently has people and equipment in the USVI. We have trained aerial and underground crews for coax, fiber splicers and activators ready to go for both St. Thomas and St. Croix. BCG VI also has the proven experience to move these resources into the USVI quickly. BCG VI has currently employed 30+ local residents to train along with our experienced techs to maintain a local work force.
